Tankless swap on a 1970s home outside Monticello
The old 40-gallon tank had rusted through and taken out part of the basement floor. We pulled it, re-ran the supply lines clean along the block wall, set a tankless unit sized for the family's well pressure, and had hot water back the same afternoon.
