How we got here
The truck you see around Monticello and Somerset.
The work started with neighbors in Wayne County — farmhouses on wells, lake cabins that sit empty all week then fill up on Friday, older homes still running original galvanized in the walls. Word traveled across the water to Pulaski and Russell Counties the way it still does here: somebody's cousin had a good experience.
We're licensed and insured in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, based at 218 N Main St in Monticello. One local number. You'll talk to somebody who lives here.

You approve the number before we start. If we can walk you through a cheap fix on the phone, we will.
Show up when we said
Lake-country schedules are tight — rentals turning over, contractors waiting on a rough-in. We don't ghost a window.
Leave it cleaner
Boot covers, drop cloths, and a shop-vac. Your mother should be able to walk through when we're done.
